Are they comin to visit you specifically, or are they just staying at your place as they visit the city for other reasons? This could make a big difference.

Either way, I'll assume they are visiting you cause you were the party in Thailand. Personally, I don't see anything wrong with picking them up from the airport. It doesn't show lower value at all. They've commited to staying with you for two weeks, going to pick them up doesn't seem overdoing it.

I would definitely set a tone within the first night that they're there, but I wouldn't make any sudden advancements. You have two weeks after all. I'd try to set a mood more so with nuances and looks, and subtle flirting for the first handful of days. 2 weeks is a long time...you want to feel her out first.

I'd put them in the spare room. That's what spare rooms are for...guests. Your room belongs to you. I think it's too nice guy'ish to offer your own personal space. As long as they aren't sharing a single bed, the spare room should be fine.

As for introducing to friends, I wouldn't keep your handsome friends away. You still want to exude the confidence that you are the shit, above and beyond what your handsome friends have to offer. If you introduce ugly friends, they'll think you're socially inferior. Accept the competition if need be, unless you're friends with Christiano Ronaldo. You want to show these girls a good time. Their desire to fuck might decline with every day if they are too bored during their stay.

The threesome would be icing on the cake. I'd concentrate on isolating the brunette at first. I think this will just come with you judging a situation. You can't really predict what's gonna happen a month in advance. If the mood is right, shit can happen at any time...especially if you say these girls are wild when liquored up.
