So my insecure one-itis of a few months and I have just recently finally started getting closer. Having small dates and kino-ing. Kino-ing usually consists of holding hands, walking arm in arm and hugging/cuddling a lot. We have also partner-danced before so quite close.

Now that I'm seeing her one on one more often I'm just wondering if the time has finally come to initiate a kiss. Baring in mind she's quite insecure, how should I go about this? Any smooth or cute lines/routines I could use?

There's a million ways man. You just need to have built that comfort first. For me it's like in movies or tv shows... when you're laughing and play fighting, and then all of the sudden you both are quiet and staring in each other's eyes. That's the kind of moment you want to create.

Haha, I got that moment with my best girlfriend a while ago, really happy I didn't go for it cause damn, that creates tension. Anyways, that is the best way to go. Seriously, it's insane how effective that is.
