Should i neg her, or say something CF?

Well first off the one thing you should never do is wait there like a kind little kitten for her to come and just accept that she was late and be happy she is with you now.
That is the neediest AFC thing you could do.

Second, if I set up a place and date with a girl, I always come like 1-2min late, not too much but just enough to be there after her, if she is not there, then I leave only to come back five minutes later and pretend I just arrived.
This way she is never late, you came after her, you acted more nonchalant!

If she is late and you are there waiting, pretend you are a little mad or disappointed, just don't take it!

I ALWAYS arrive 5-10 minutes late to any date, simply because I never want to appear keen and to be honest I like to make them torture themselves for a bit wandering if they've been stood up (or I fogot etc).

With one HB9 who had a massive ego I asked her out for a movie. I arrived 20 minutes late and sent her a text 10 minutes prior to my 'actual' arrival saying traffic was bad I'll be there in a minutes and for her to buy tickets. That HB9 is now my girlfriend.
