Inner game is something that comes from experience, you develop it after reading and testing all the material, and mold it to become who you are. Nobody makes their own material in the beggining, but everyone does in the end. It's the people who put the effort in the beggining who see progression at the end. Once your confident and develop your routines, it starts to become inner, multi-threading seems natural and kino is second nature. Everyone had to start somewhere but everyone ends somewhere completley else.

Without the routines I would be hard pressed to believe that the people who have inner game just naturally had it from the start, they developed it and evolved it, and made it their own.
