I know that "Power of Now" by Eckhardt Tolle is on audio book as well. A few CDs worth and I hear it's amazing for inner game. I would look into it If I were you.

Tolle's message is 100% against everything that is pickup. Pickup is about your ego and Tolle is about the pain that the ego brings to man.

You can't have ego if you want to et somewhere in pickup. You CAN'T. That's why so many schools lear on Tolle's book (David Deangelo, RSD to name a few) as training material.
