HB 9-10. We used to take a class together back in college. She recognized and approached me. She was soo into me; I could tell by her body language and mannerisms. We talked for about 5 minutes and I probably apologized 25 times for stupid shit I would never normally apologize for.
At one point she even said "Dude, you need to stop apologizing to me!"
I said, "Oh Sorry."
I suffer from approach anxiety, if she hadn't approached me I probably would never have approached her. When she approached me, I was so nervous I couldn't say anything intelligent.
Any ideas on how to get over my nerves and anxiety and be less stupid? _________________ "Flying is learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss." - Douglas Adams

You are suffering from lack of self confidence. You have a million limiting belifs running through your head right now. You need to become comfortable with yourself being a MAN. Be comfortable in your reality. How do you expect the girls you will bring in to be comfortable with yourself if you are not.
In your interactions with that girl you where clearely thinking of the things you could do (or thought you did) to screw this up. Assume what you do. Take control. I've heard this before but can't remember where. I think it applies to you:"Don't be like the leaf in the hurricane. Be the hurricane."
Anyhow, there is a gazillion books/material to help your inner game. I would suggest David DeAngelo's Double your Dating to start. Power of Now from Eckhardt Tolle seems also very good (but less pick up oriented). I haven't tried the first one. _________________ Drink me, make me feel real
