talking too much

is there such thing as talking too much? I feel better when im in convo but i think i actually do better when i dont talk much and have the "dont give a f**k" attitude.

Try to be as balanced as possible. Make sure that you are both doing 50% of the talking. If you talk too much she might feel like you are self-centered, but if you don't talk enough she might think you feel like you are better than her.

Good question Quakebks - I have the same problem, and although I try and let the girl speak, I find a lot of girls to be lazy, and would rather have you entertain them than contribute to the conversation.... Does anyone have any advice on this?

You know, it's kind of lazy to just judge someone as lazy because they don't perform to your expectations. Were there no times before you started learning PUA stuff that you just couldn't think of anything to say? Remember that you're going into any conversation armed with routines, stories and jokes to entertain people and make yourself look good. She's just a random girl, without any of that who might have the same problem a lot of us do: inability to think of something interesting to say.

In fact it should be 60% you and 40% her.

You can't really talk too much.

You can talk the whole time as long as it's mostly not to her.

Look at Mystery, he's a talkative duck.

see as a newbie i do feel that im lacking with stories and jokes but i also can completly relate to the "lazy" idea. its seems like unless im talking there is no convo. im really interested in this girl and this is how its been going. plus today i found out she has a boyfriend. you all know how that is.

the best thing to do is adapt to the situation. If the girl doesnt say to much then you bring it down to her level. The less you say the more it has to MATTER though. You will then notice that she will start picking up the pace in the conversation. From then on just try to balance it out and always adapt.

This girl is either:

Not interested in you because she HAS A BOYFRIEND.
A very boring person.
Doesn't connect to what you're saying.
She's as smart as a piece of wood.

Adapt to this.

You can talk mostly to her.

You CAN talk to much, outside of club heavy party mode, in a more relaxed situation, and most socially attuned girls will probably see you as either insecure or looking for external validation.

I think it comes down to a matter of what the topic is too. Obviously if you are going on and on and on and on... and on about something she doesn't have interest in, then you need to take a break and realize this by watching her body language.

If you are having problems getter her to talk, find out what she is into either by simply inquiring or by her appearance. Her appearance can tell you a bit about her personality (hence the whole Cube idea). People like to talk about themselves. Keep that in mind.

I think its good to talk and keep conversations flowing- its very important to always display your role as the alpha male and keeping a conversation going strong is a big part of that.

I also think that its important to listen, nothing is more important to a girl than having a guy that can really listen and respond intelligently to what she says... Make her feel special
