So on the first day of class I immediately spot this HB7. I walk across the room, sit next to the only friend I have in that class and start speaking spanish to my teacher (she used to teach spanish when I was a freshman). I kind of thought of this as a DHV. I glance at her and she is smiling at me. I take that as my first IOI. Class starts and I catch her a couple of times tooking at me. Then my teacher has us do this speed dating type thing to meet everyone in class. Perfect opportunity to sarge her. Eventually she makes her way over to me and she smiles the whole time.

Me - (introduce myself in german)

HB - (she does the same)

Me - (I break out the thumbwar game and she loved it)

HB - ok tell your story (we had to tell a story about a summer experience)

Me - (told her about how I was selected to play in this baseball tournament with the top baseball players in the NW from my graduating class)

HB - Wow that is quite an accomplishment. Ok my story...

Me - Excuse me... (I start talking to my friend next to me)

HB - (playfully hits me in the arm) Don't you want to hear my story?

Me - No not really (I turn back to my friend)

HB - (she grabs my hand and turns me around)

Me - Are you always this needy? (smiling)

HB - (hits me again smiling back) No I'm not needy at all

Me - Alright (and I walk away)


She waited for me after class and we had a little chitchat for like 2 minutes while walking down the hall.

I thought that this went pretty well for being my first sarge but I could get better. I'm only 16 and open to any advice...

i wasn't really that interested. I mean she did catch my eye but i just felt like trying out my game
