going out for the first time on weds and thurs... what should I read/do to prepare

if it's your first time goin out, i would say approaching might b the most overwhelming part, esp when you're out in the field. to ease these, i would say start lookin up openers and get comfortable reciting them until it almost becomes 2nd nature.

there are alot of things to prepare, but i think the openers are a good place to start. here's a website that might help:

Didn't do any cold approaches.... I acutally did noobie mission most of thursday and it was fun
