so i work at coldstone and everytime this girl comes, i always attend her. i can tell she is interested in me by the way she looks at me and stuff. yesterday she came in to buy some ice cream and i started being flirty with her and i kept her laughing and smiling. at the end, i told her u know what, dnt worry about paying for the ice cream, i know u come here to see me lol she smiles and insisted in paying for it but i was like nah. she said bye and kept looking back at me as she left. i really need tips on what to do next time and everything else. this girl is hot.

You can't give her free ice cream every time she comes in. Then she already has everything she wants from you.
