I took the advice of the commentors on my last FR and tried to go for a more fun feeling tonight (and got a few more openers to use).

My attitude was much more playful than last time. I only used a canned opener once or twice (the khaki one from the thread on openers). With girls I opened using something situational or other non-canned I often did stack forward to a canned opener. While I still did not make it to comfort with any of these (except one of the ones I will write below), I was able to run and practice plenty of my routines. There was one girl with absolutely massive breasts that I decided to go very direct on and told her we should go home together (this was just an experiment to see if it would work), she said we should and I kind of freaked out because I wasn't serious.

There were 2 sets that stick out in my mind that I'd like to share:
I was walking between bars when I saw this girl who was dressed in a white flowing dress with blonde hair and all I could think was "Marilyn Monroe." For once, I didn't hesitate a second. I went up and said, "Hey Marilyn, good seeing you." Then I told her how I had always thought to myself that if I ever saw Marilyn Monroe I would have to ask her something (Yes, I know Marilyn Monroe is long dead and would be old as shit if she weren't). So I got down on one knee and asked her to marry me. Without skipping a beat I told my friend to perform the ceremony. Thank god he caught on real quick and did. He pronounced us man and wife and said I may now kiss the bride. She wasn't having the kiss, but I feel I will try this again and with some work may be able to get a kiss close. Anyways, how do you guys think I should go about doing this with a random girl? I mean, Marilyn I had the pretext of wanting to marry someone famous. A random hot girl will just be hot. Do I need more than that to try this? Should I save something like this for more of an attraction phase? Give me your thoughts.

This other set was more of an accident. I have a new roommate who I barely know. So, when I got home last night we decided to have a few drinks on the porch. I was trying to open every girl that walked by (sometimes ridiculously, "Damn girl, you lookin' good. What you been eatin'? and yes, I'm a suburban looking white guy). Eventually, I found some things that would hook, especially when opening mixed sets, which got me 4 invites to parties next weekend (who says don't sarge the men?). Anyways, this one 2-set came up and I started talking to the obstacle, while roommate tried to hit on the target. After gaining rapport with the obstacle through interesting small talk, I started talking to the target. I did a cold read and guessed she was an art major (my first cold read, this shit is sweet). I actually go it right, and she was incredibly into that. My roommate and I were drinking rum, so when we refilled I offered them a drink. Target said that she doesn't like rum. I told her I had some Jameson upstairs and she was cool with that. She came with me to get it and as I turned the light on to my bedroom it burned (burnt?) out. I thought getting her to stay in my room was dead at this point, but using some quick thinking (yea, I'm gonna talk myself up a little in this post), I opened the door to my attic, flipped on the light, and suggest we drink up there (I have a closet door in my bedroom that goes up to my giant attic). We sat up there and had a drink, she started asking what was in the boxes and I told her it was a lot of my old shit. We ended up busting them open and found all sorts of old pictures of me. As we looked through them, I could tell it was on and I almost felt like this could be some sort of "speed comfort" technique. There is one part I have a question on (should I try this again consciously). At one point, we found pictures of me and my girlfriend from 5 years ago. Is this a DHV or a DLV to have those around still and 'accidently' viewable. Now, my ex is a 9.5 --smoking hot. So, would this be preselection or weird guy has pictures of him and his ex?

Now, what do you guys think of trying to run the attic thing again on purpose and should I remove some pictures or leave them all?
