A few weeks ago I number closed this HB8. She's come over to my place a few times and I've escalated it to where she's on top of me in her underwear making out. What if you would lay on top of her (when you're both down to your undies) and gently dryhump her, just rubbing both genitalia together to build up a lot of tension. I've gotten past some LMR with that (not on purpose though, I didnt know about PUA back then and it just happened :P)

I tried exactly what you suggested. I also fingered her in return. She got really hot and kept telling me to keep going, but it just doesn't go any further.
