Hey guys,

Is anyone else thinking too much before txting or writing emails, making people related decisions. Personally I find that in interactions especially with girls I can't seem to decide on what to write or talk about. I keep thinking about all the different strategies and meanings...All the PUA teachings. Has any one else had this problem?

Yeah, I had that problem for a long period when first getting into it, but once I learned how to act it started flowing naturally. I usually never have to second-guess myself when talking to anyone any longer.

The best way of getting out of it is just by practicing, and taking bigger risks as you become better. Eventually it should be gone:)

try a specific routine stack, so you don't have to think until not thinking is a habit

its good your thinking but too much is counterproductive. give what you say a second thought but not a third and you should be fine
