I'm getting really annoyed with not being able to approach in class. I know this sounds arrogant, but I'm a good looking guy and I get lots of female attention, FROM A DISTANCE. Yes. That's the problem here. From a distance.

Let's take today as an example. So I was sitting in the back of class with a few buddies. Some HB's, who sit about 5 to 10 rows ahead of me, start eye fucking me again. Ridiculous hair tossing and stuff included. The one's directly in front of me (still 5/10 rows away) even manage to eye fuck by turning their head a full 90 degrees to the side for no reason whatsoever (maybe checking out the walls, I don't know) so they can give me that hot side glance. All very fun and charming, but it's worth shit to me if I can't make the approach.

Now I can't go sit at the front of class next time. I always sit at the back with my mates, so that's just weird. Also, I can't find sweet opportunities to approach them outside of class. Yes, I do see some of them outside of class walking in female groups. So stopping them isn't effective and a bit awkward for my target, because of all the other persons in the group. And lastly, I absolutely don't want to go direct at my university. I'm a medical student in a hospital/university with patients walking around, I'm not on campus. I don't want to ruin my reputation or whatever because I will be building my career as a professional doctor in that hospital. Appropriate "behavior" is something very important for my university.

So basically, I just need to find a way to get in touch with these women under the radar, and build up the tension from there. It would be great if someone knows a way. Or maybe I should just let it go and focus on my career, but the HB's are so tempting.

Read 'conquer your campus' it's pretty legit stuff for college (social circle) game.

More to the point, if you want to sleep with the girl, you have to approach. There's no way around that fact. Going indirect and 'gaming' her is exactly what we need to avoid in social circle game because if the interaction goes sour your reputation could get dinged.
From your post the best possible approach I can come up with is catching her after class when you're both walking out. If you want to increase your chances try practicing direct game somewhere not on your campus.
And BTW, not sitting with your friends shouldn't be an issue. If they would take issue with you pursuing a girl, you need to get better friends that actually get laid.

I don't get how you can't approach before or after class, it seems like that'd be the best time ever.
Otherwise maybe leave a cock-funny note on her chair or something (if there's an assigned seating situation), and just write "I have work to do, do you mind not distracting me with your staring and hair flipping today? "

Or write "I've noticed you keep staring during class, let me assure you, you're not my type. However, I can take a picture for you to keep if you want. It's in my bag, so find me after class and I'll give it to you."

Of course, if you're wrong and they're really not looking at you, this will be the most conceited thing ever attempted in a classroom aside from interrupting class to say something to her.

Hmm, so going direct is my best chance huh. I've already planned to do direct day game elsewhere. After a little practice I think I can pull this one off in college too.

Just dont worry about that, make things easy. Have no clear agenda, try just to know new people (new girls I mean haha ;D) and play.
