I have a friend who has been seeing this guy for nearly a year. He treats her like shit-is really rough with her and tells her about all these other girls he has been seeing. Generally he acts like a massive dickhead. But then there are times when he is really sweet to her and tells her how much he cares for her but that they can never marry as they are different religions. Recently, she has been ignoring him a little and he continually calls her and messages her telling her how much he misses her and so on. She saw him briefly the other night and he hugged her really tight and kissed her (which he hasnt done for months). His ex (who he loved and was with for 5 years) turned psycho on him and tried to kill him so he doesn't trust girls anymore) What is his deal? Is he just fucking with her mind? Or does he maybe really care about her and not know how to show it?

Who knows....every one is diffrent mabey he really does like her but he just doesnt know how to have a normal relationship? How are his parents? do they have a normal relationship or not? that can have alot to do with it as well.

If she is more crazy about him than the other way, he's gonna act like a dick until she backs off. Which, strangely enough is what happened.

She has to play him at his own game to bring the relationship back into balance and be a little 'hard to get' like he does. They will either both be happier or they'll split up.
