How are you supposed to react when you get one reply that looks like you hooked her, but you dont get a reply afterwards?

If you don't know where she's go to school, and you have she's telephone number, and want call to she, don't afraid and call. Want call? call. Want look her? Meet with her. Want suprised her? make suprise her! Do not be afraid to do things that you want to do

Or you could try a DHVish story that you can somehow connect to her.

I wouldn't spend too much time on it though, there's plenty of other girls to harass.

I don't like either of the replies to this post.

If a girl doesn't reply I move on. There are tons of women on this earth, and online game should only be a supplement to real-life game anyway.
However, if I'm really keen on a particular girl I usually try another opener a week later or so. Or I may neg her with "my last girlfriend had ADD too, lol how was your weekend? I bet my weekend can beat yours blablabla"

This is a fine answer. If a girl stops responding this soon, I think it's because you (impersonal) weren't being interesting enough. If it happens later, it's because things weren't escalating. I have yet to recover the ball in these situations. So, a short one liner to get things back on track is all the effort you should put into it, just in case she was busy and meant to get back to you and not just blowing you off.

Move on and rarely get any results in online game. Is it really so much effort to shoot a girl a one liner in a last ditch effort to get her to respond or to even leave her one last short voicemail or text message calling her out? Some girls need that, especially ones locked away on websites.

If she doesn't reply it means she's busy, most girls multi task and get distracted while online. Or she was in a bad mood, didn't feel like talking to you at that time.
