was very pleased with what I did last night.
Walked into a bar last night with friends and one of my friends walked straight up to a girl. I assumed he was versed in game so I did the same, not to be outdone.

We went to the bar and got a drink. Two set sitting there so opened the Spanish chicks with my "airport opener". The whole thing didn't hold. The two set was a younger girl and an older woman.
Anway, i asked in English if she worked in the airport and the older woman with bitch shield raised was at me like a pit bull.
She asked me questions in Italian. I don't speak Italian but I complimented her on the Italian she was speaking. (it might have been crap).

anyway, I see that it is going nowhere and my friends are looking at me as if to say, ooopss how embarrassing.
I keep my smile on my face and look at them both and say, well, girls have a lovely evening.

I felt great. I didn't go away feeling bad, just a sense of how I hadn't let them fuck with me.

Anyway, we are dancing for a while and coincidence, fate or what have you makes its appearance.

I had approached a woman in a supermarket some days earlier this week and saw her in the club!

so, i go over and run the same opener.
she says "jeez, youre the second person who has asked me that this week!"
i says, yes cos it was me.

She was totally freaked and started to kino me like nuts. I reciprocate.

my mates are having no joy so head for the door. I look at her, we had been talking for over 5, and say "well, looks like my buddies are making a move. better be on my way. punch number here please." and number closed.

but what I wanted to ask you, was., she said she had thought when I had approaced her the first time and asked if she worked in the airport, that i had just been saying it, to say something to her.

Is my opener too blantantly bullshit?
should I modify, change it?
I have been using it for almost all my approaches and it helps me to open without much trouble. What do you think?

slow down with the questions...take it easy

asking them if they work in the airport is you enquiring about their lives, you dont want to open with a question about them but a question where they can drag into emotions and opinions, the shit women love. Asking a question about their life is always too obvious because you are giving them a higher value because you are interested, dont be interested, be interesting!

well, the truth is that here English is valued quite highly as a language so in the opener there is a DHV for me. but you are right, i guess asking if she is the girl that works in the airport is perhaps showing too much interest from the start without having a clue who she really is, on the other hand sometimes it really works. Just feel a bit stuck, better the devil you know, and feel a bit unsure about using different openers, although it would probbaly do me good to experiment.

spice things up, use 5 different openers in one night, my personal favourites i save for sets with 10's, the openers i dont feel amazing about i will hit 8's and 9's with and then the canned openers are for 7's
