I'm reading
NLP workbook by Joseph O'Connor. As BlackBull said, practice is IMPERATIVE, and I thought the title suggested it would have some exercises. I'm liking it quite a lot and it's very clearly set out. The subtitle is quite motivating too: "a practical guide to achieving the results you want"
I also bought
Introducing NLP but it just seems to be like and older version of the one I mentioned before and without exercises.
On the other hand, I guess
Ross Jeffries' book would be the one to buy for the people that just want to go directly into NLP to pick-up (I think I will be buying it myself in a short time).
Hope it helps. I would be interested to know what you end up reading and how NLP ends up working for you. See ya.
