1st, quick history lesson:
I met this chick way back in highschool, we went on a date, we had a good time. i met her friends, I was too preppy for them, they didn't like me, she dumped me for them.
Later, she dumps her friends because she knows they are morons (finally) but i never really recovered from that whole asshole-for-friends dealio, and we've just been friends ever since.

present day: I go this small bar where everyone knows everyone, so of course, she is there, and i see her. i say hey, hug, chat about the end of summer is sad, blah blah. Now, I'm a shameless and notorious flirt, and she knows this, and i know she knows this. She comments on a lame line i used on her (more of a joke than a serious line), to which i replied, "well shit, i've got to get all the flirting in i can before you head off to Uni again, (she leaves on thursday) Besides, we both know it's not going anywhere."

Now, this is where she really threw me off. Instead of laughing it off and maybe dealing me a playful punch to the shoulder, she asks me, "Why not?"

Of course, I don't take advantage of the situation, and i just kept talking, "Well, to be honest, after... (see history lesson above) ...I just kinda figured you had me permanently filed in the friend zone."

She replied with a no, and something else that I can't really remember at this point, but it only made that 'no' less certain. Either way, it was a vague no that i can't really explain. then
Me : you living in res this year, or...
HB9 : no, i got a house with some friends.
Me : oh sweet, that's a much better idea that res.
HB9 : and we've got 2 extra beds for guests.
Me : aww, does that mean you're not going to cuddle me to sleep?
HB9 : well, maybe if you're good.

We both laughed, i said i had to "find out where my boys went off to", and i didn't see her for the rest of the night.

Now, how do I approach this? Do I try and make a move before she leaves on Thursday? Or should I wait until she goes off to school and visit? And if so, do i call her about a visit, or wait until she calls me? Give me a hand here guys, I'd really appreciate it.
