Hi guys,
Last night went out with the boys. They take me to a few places I had never been before.

I make no approaches the first place or the second although there were a lot of crazy bitches in the second.

We go to our third venue, and so my friends are all drinking and this place should fit around 100 people and there were like 200 in there. We were like sardines in a tin, so my friend sees me checking out this two set and asks me if I want him to introduce them to me. I say “chill bro” and wink at him and go over myself.
Run my opener. They are like looking at me with frowns on their faces. Neither were they HB10s. I get social hook and we get talking about London and a forthcoming trip one of the babes has planned there. But it was going nowhere fast because they were both treating me as if I were some Taliban or something. I eject wishing both a pleasant evening and guys says “respect”. I felt good in spite of it going to shit.

Mental note for next time. When I seg off with my question “ever been to England?” I can spin off with a brief resume how I teach English in an excellent school and have done so for 12 years.

We split after an hour more in that can of sardines place and hit the last venue. My buddies are a bit worse for wear. One tells me if I want to integrate with the group then I gotta drink something but I say that the booze gives me bad headaches and other bs.

We get to last place and my friend says to me that a girl is giving me major IOIs. I had just been introduced to a friend of the girls so I ask the friend to introduce me. My friends are getting worse and worse and saying stuff that are completely out of line. I get chatting to the babe and whisk her off to the dance floor. We dance for 10 minutes. I am escalting kino like crazy. I try to number close but she says, give me your number and I will phone you. (I was thinking, yeah sure you will) but I know that my friends being totally drunk didn’t push up my value.

Somethign really funny guys. I do my airport opener. I ask the babe if she works in the airport. It doesn’t hook.I then walk around the venue and get next to another chick and run the same opener and she looks at me and says “hey but you just asked me that 10mins ago.” Earth swallow me up! I said “sorry, but you look so like the chick in the airport.” I immediately felt like disappearing but as a challenge to myself I stayed put and continued dancing for a while to show they hadn’t screwed my inner game.
Last thing I know is one of the women is saying “jesus these guys are so drunk!” and leave the building.
I was thinking to myself- Jesus, these guys could have got so much further if they hadn’t gotten hammered.
We spend the rest of the night just dancing and all in all it was cool. But no number closes for Mr E.

The interesting thing I thought about when I read your comment about your mates getting hammered is that when you have learn about all this stuff is you notice all the mistakes your mates are making. I am actually in the process of advising my mate on how not to be a "nice guy" as he suffers from the nice guy syndrome a lot always buying girls drinks and stupid stuff like that. At first he was like "Who do you think you are advising me on girls?" but now he is actually starting to listen and changing, well he doesn't buy girls drinks anymore, thats for sure!

yeah you see what they are doing and think, jeez, come on the girl is going to shut you down so badly doing that.
I mean the guys were really drunk and their capacity for anything like coherent conversation was gone. They were acting desperate by the end of the night.

When you drink, it doesn't automatically mean you are going to pull and can end in you doing a lot of silly things- which could be avoided without having a drink.
I can't tell them that though because they think that it is the "manly" think to do, to have a drink. It certainly isn't helping them with the ladies.
