That being said, if you're looking for a relationship with this girl, which it doesn't sound like you are, I would build attraction and throw in boyfriend destroyers whenever she brings him up.

e.g. If she was to say something about her BF not liking her talking to other people, you could respond saying how protective he is and how it's so positive to have someone that cares and looks after her that much. Over qualify therefore she'll disqualify him, which will cause conflict in the relationship, unless they're completely perfect and she's insanely smitten with him.

If you aren't looking for a relationship, you can just ignore the fact that she has a boyfriend and draw her into your frame/reality.

Now I know all the usual arguments from "If I'm better than her bf then she should be with me" and "Girls in happy relationships don't cheat, so if she's unhappy then she's mine" and all that crap, but the fact of the matter is that you're just gunning for this girl because she gave you her number, and that's pathetic.
