Hey Guys,

I'm reading through this new course I bought on the iphone app store called "Get Any Girl". It's pretty good, especially for the price. One section of the app has a hypnosis track, which I've had good results with. The other techniques are based on NLP and something called the "Emotional Freedom Technique". I've never heard of EFT before. The course treats Approach Anxiety like a phobia, and then it goes over an EFT exercise to get rid of it. Has anyone tried this kind of technique?

Nope, but it sure does sound interesting :O I think I'm going to look into it.

try everything, I personally tried EFT.. works with some things, and also helps me sleep try it!!
