Ive read a few books now on the game but havent really done any approaching as such. I have approach anxiety and it really sucks ass as you can imagine.
Now it seems after all that reading.. that to me there are three different attitudes or ways to deal with social shyness and anxiety.
1. I dont give a rats ass.
Pretty self explanatory. A non-caring attitude which tries different techniques and styles until something works. Whether it'd be david deangelo, Mystery Method etc.
2. The fun natural guy.
The guy who just goes WOOOO. Just go out there and say the first thing that comes out of you mouth. Approach every woman you see and see where you go.
3. Meditation, NLP.
Another way to build real self-esteem and inner-confidence through affirmations.
Now here's my question. As I said. I havent really tried to go out and approach just yet. But which way works the best. And why? Are we all that different and does one way work for one person but not for the next. Whats the best way to find out for yourself?
