Er, MacKinnon was critiquing the way society, and porn in particular, is constructed with this quote, not stating what she thought was the truth about sex. In her view, society has eroticized the dominance and humiliation of women and that, in the porn industry, without them, a scene is not deemed erotic.

I believe David Shades Manual, not the one on fast seduction, deals with rape fantasies.
