First time field report:
I was with a friend and I went to this club and talked with some friends outside. I see this hot girl and find out she works as a hired gun to get people in the club. I walk away and she addresses me and tries to talk me into going in. I say I was already in and she needs to work to keep me from going out and I walk away. I tell her next time I come over she can try to talk me into going to the club again.
Went to do some other shit and finally went back to the club. I go up to the hired gun and say:"Hey, you wanted to speak to me". I get in a conversation with her and get her to open up with:
"What do you have going besides your looks, beauty is common but I have never seen a woman with my level of ambition and passion" She tells me she worked at a titty bar and never ever gives anyone a chance at work even if the guys are great. She also tells me that if someone was to walk up to her on the street she'd consider it, but not at work. I talk about some more bullshit and tell her I will get back to her when she's on the street so we can by pass her filter at which point one of her bosses complains to her and tells her she shouldnt be talking to me but shoudl be getting people in the club. That was pretty fucked up because now she's the one leaving me instead of the other way around. So my wing sort of asks around and finds out she likes me in a way that is deeper than just clubbing so I'm thinking alright getting her to open up about her private stuff really worked.

Now comes the horror:
My wing goes up to her like 5 times and harasses her on the job about me, he's DLVing me by making me look needy. I talk to other sets and do really well but the hired gun was really the hottest out there and I wanted him not to waste the opportunity. SO finally i totally ignore her even when she's standing next to me because she walked off when I walked into her by accident. I keep ignoring her and my wing approaches her again to the point of harrassment. Finally at the end of the night, I walk off with my pride 50% in tact because I wasnt the one going for her the entire time, it was my butt wing.
So, as we walk off my wing calls her boss because apparantly he knows him, and asks for the hired gun. Because she was in her first week there she was stressed out for losing her new job because she talked to me alot instead of getting new people in. I get her on the phone, she's stressed out, tells me I need to call her back in 15 minutes cause she's still working. I'm thinking this is a IOD but it couldve been a true time constraint. Because I thought its an IOD I sort of say this isn't gonna work and hang her up.

During these events I approached another hired gun, a bartender, I ordered a water from another bartender and she throws in like 5 straws and a bunch of lemons in it. I open the HB hired gun that her collegue put in an extra straw especially for her. She smiles and I say, yeah I know, I ordered it with her because i know you like it. I also know you don't drink alcohol so its just regular water. She's going like wtf how do you know i dont drink alcohol? I tell her, well duh, you work here, you look way too good for someone that drinks alcohol every night so i figured you always work sober. She laughs and i tell her, yeah that was a joke, the truth is i have a telepathic connection with you and i can read your mind. I ask her to hold out her hand, i dont notice any IOIs from the kino, so i ask her to memorize the 2 numbers from the ESP test. I tell her keep those in mind, i'll come back to you on this.
Like 15 minutes later I come back to the bar, I ask the bartender that originally poured me the water that i wanted to know the hired gun's name. She told me what it was ( I already forgot.. sorry). I ask her to tell the HB that I'm ready and she should come to me. On the way over to me she drops alot of pens on the ground. So the HB comes to me and i call her by her name. I say the numbers you memorized are 3 and 7. She responds that it was 2 and 7 and I reply by saying " Damn, those mobile phone poles are scrambling my telepathic signal with you, all in all i still have a 50% accuracy." I then tell her you know what, I can tell you what your fetish is too, and she asks me what it is. I respond by saying its pens. I go no where from here and she needs to get back to pour drinks for other customers.
I had some other sets too but these were the hottest babes in there. I'm thinking of going back to the club later this week and saying to the first babe that I was genuinely interested in having a simple conversation with her without the stigma of a hiredgun/client-relationship. I was going to ask you to grab lunch somewhere this week but my friend just kept making it awkward by harassing you so i just left.

Q2: How would you keep a bartender occupied when you know she has work to do.
