I have read all the basic books and have basic knowledge on building attraction and it works but i am stumped here. I realize there are a myriad of possible reasons but what I really want to know is what i should do from here.

I am going to keep it to the point and leave out a lot of detail only because I think I will get more honest feedback and to the point.

ME: backgrounder on me...34yrs...(have never had any issues attracting women, i have a nice career, i am above average looking and confident, often get the girls that are klingy and want to get married asap.
