Exactly Kalel, I believe you have it there.
Although, I admit that at times Dancing and Singing has made me happy when I was feeling a bit less so.
And back to Sticking Points, I believe as long as you keep the focus of yourself
within you, i.e.
Not Judge or Envy anybody and know that you want to be a better person, then you will become highly aware of your flaws as you live the life you want.
Should you wish to change these flaws by autosuggestion and
persistent positive action or keep them as funny quirks that you don't mind having...
...then its up to you
