I am VERY insecure about my looks...
My past life did this to me. I was a fat kid all of my life, I was called "Fat Sexy" (As a referral to Fat Joe on High School) ... now apparently I'm handsome and look good. But all those years of social neglect and lack of attention still catch up to me.
Sometimes I would wake up pretty confident and think I'm the best looking guy on the whole planet.
Other days I think people don't even want to LOOK at me.
Its clear I need some inner game.
But what I need more is to understand attraction, I really want it to sink into my subconscious that you CAN generate attraction in a girl, that attraction is NOT a choice.
I want routines, detailed information on how to build attraction.
I've read on push pull, making her qualify for you (I still don't know how that works, so I never do it), Demonstrating Higher Value.
I need a book, or articles that demonstrate and explain attraction in depth. Something that can help me create attraction building stories / routines / games.
I hope I made myself clear, I really want to understand it.
I hope someone can help me with this.

I'll try to explain it.
Attraction is a feeling.
And you are making a mistake. You are looking for routines, games, push-pull and other techniques. It's not the technique that makes the woman attracted to you - it is YOU!
Don't rely so much on routines. They will get you some results only AFTER you learn how to perform them. And if you use them you can wake up one day and say to yourself: "Fuck! I'm tired of routines and having the same conversation with every girl I like. Why can't I get them attracted to me just for myself?".
So my advice is to go out and just have fun when talking to girls. This will make you feel comfortable in their presence. After that work on your body language and notice the reactions. Then begin touching them. And so on. Do everything one step at a time and take the time you need to internalize everything that works. After you do that you won't need routines anymore - you will find the thing that makes them work and internalize it to the point when you can show the attractive qualities during a normal conversation because they will become a part of you.

I love routines. I can spend hours coming p with new or reinvented routines. But you will not spark ANY attraction by saying someone else's words to a girl that doesn't know you. It as more logic for her to be attracted to the guy that actually invented that routine.


The best pick ups (yeah, not girls, pickups) I've performed in my life.. I've done them absolutely unaware of them. and when I discovered game I could see why those girls were so fuckin in love with me. U ready?

the BEST way to generate attraction is to stick ur actions, ur expressions, ur whole avatar to the Alpha male codex, the one I've been inconciously following:

Smile
Confidence
Well-groomed
Sense of Humor
Social skills
Connecting with others

that's it. If u follow this u'll be a tribal leader (attraction trigger Nº 2), wich will generate attraction in a number of girls (attraction trigger Nº 1), u'll not be afraid to act and react naturally (attraction trigger Nº 3 - willingness to emote) and u can always thow in set the idea of standing for those you love (attraction trigger Nº 4 - protector of loved ones)

Negs, DHV routines, push-pull... those are like firefox adds: they help, but they are not that important.

Bingo. I think everyone should watch Blueprint. It's eye opening. It will be difficult to grasp as a newbie though.

Routines are trainging wheels that give you some confidence & in the material. If you have no confidence it's better than nothing, but if you can skip that you'll save yourself a lot of time. Blueprint's the best program out there IMO.

i think the game is a good book to start

The game is a great introduction book for a newbie to read as far as get motivated & believing "I can do this", but it really only gives the very basic fundamentals & mainly just to MM.

As far as quality lines, the material in the book is outdated. If you are going to get busted using lines, it's going to be those because many of them have been in the media & those women's mag's and different articles at least in the US.

I've just about read it all, & pretty much come full circle that it's all about "inner game" . That said it's good to know some fundamentals of outer games. If I was going to suggest anything outside blueprint decoded (for inner game), i'd probably say Swingcatts book to learn about "frames", being the prize, push pull, yes ladders, open loops etc. That's basically the attraction toolbox, & he covers it the best I've seen.

When you be yourself you are already succesfull. Right now you and your mind are not one, when youre really yourself you don't need to worry about confidence or attraction - it will come by itself.

You can read many books....... but never incorperate all the knowledge in the wrong way , you can become less yourself and more mystery.
It's all about developing yourself , your true personality - your inner game and most books will not REALLY give intel to develop it.
Mystery method is just a method - a smoke screen a camouflage net and all this canned material doesn't convey your real personality.
people who are succesfull at life are in touch with themselfs and they know they can achieve anything if they invest enough effort in it.
People who succesfully game woman and build attraction are just in touch with themselfs and the ironic thing is that most methods like Mystery method etc will keep you from developing yourself to your true self.
Just see any method as a first step , but not as the way.

attraction is not a choice but a process ... a woman will be attracted to someone who is really in touch with himself- one who got's confidence and got alot of dreams and goals that he wants to accomplish.
This doesn't imply using a method won't create attraction , but first of all it's inner game it's about you getting in touch with yourself and your confidence.

these 4 books are really good books and worth the mony ... in fact they are priceless and they approach in a reflective way.
first of all develop your inner game, if you are really yourselfs and in touch with yourselfs your already showing :

Smile
Confidence
Well-groomed
Sense of Humor
Social skills
Connecting with others

these are not any tools

You will smile when you feel happy, when you are happy you smile
You will have confidence when you really believe when and how to achieve goals
Well Groomed: when you are not blaming everything but you.
Social skills : when you have the confidence - you will lead an others will follow.
Connecting with others : respect, values and dignity.
Leaders are build from confidence and automatically get social skill and value becasue they are the ones that are in touch with themselfs.
Even in business or in the army leaders get recruiting and the most important feat is confidence.

if you developed yourself( your inner) you already show these charactistics, you can artificially create them by pretending ( using a method or whatever ) but thats not really you and after a while you will notice yourself.

DO you want a girl that really attracted to you - the real you
OR do you want a girl who is attracted because you pretend to be someone else
