Best thing you can do to conquer your fears are to approach them. And so, this is the only thing I can tell you to do. Try doing one step at a time, for example, if you go for a kiss, then leave it there and do it until you feel comfortable by kissing. Then you gradually move up in the system until you are able to have sex in a comfortable state.

If you have K close issues, go for Insta-make outs.

"Hey, your cute" **go for K close** (works 3/5 times for me)
After a few times, you will get enough reference experiences to be comfortable with K closes.

Your fear of sexual escalation is there because you are fearing REJECTION or you have some deep psychological issues (ie, raised super Christian).
