Trigga, push-pull is the same as cat string theory, and the best routines for that are the BHRR - Bait Hook Reel Release, which are used in A3.

Once u got the structure and goals of each part of this interaction u can pretty much turn anything (I mean -anything-) into a BHRR Push-Pull routine.. so its game on

A fun way to play push/pull is to do some positive disqualification.

You simultaneously "push" her for her positive quality, whilst complimenting her "puling her" on it.

For example, if she says something funny,

"See! You and I could never be together, you're just too funny for me. I need a nice boring woman I can fall into a coma with."

If she rocks up to a date wearing something super-hot,

"This is not going to work out, you're looking way too smashing tonight. I'm a nice conservative type, I was hoping to meet a nice girl who I can get to know before she makes me think impure thoughts..."

Just find a good quality about her, exaggerate it, and use it as a reason to playfully break up with her / push her away.

I suppose in classic pickup terms, there is an element of frame-stealing there as well.

And as you probably know, it's not the words, it's your reason for saying them. So, if your inner game is not together, all of what I just wrote will give "hit-n-miss" results at best.
