I just recently this summer dropped 50 lbs from 225-185 and am getting used to this thin body
women notice it but how do i show it off without looking cocky?

well im only 155, but i know i have a nice body because men and women have told me that, with that said, i've completely changed the way i've dressed within the last 2 years

i used to wear baggier clothing because it was more comfortable and back then i was very self conscious about my weight because i was really skinny, but i gained weight, threw myself in the gap, old navy, hollister, express, asked the girls that worked there what they think would look good on me, tried it on, liked what i saw and the clothing was taken care of

i ended up with some tight fitting shirts, medium size, boot cut jeans, and i know i look good in it and when you feel comfortable other people can sense it

also if you have big arms, thats not being cocky, being cocky would be showing up somewhere with a wife beater, wear a shirt that shows off what you've got, but also looks fashionable

I have the opposite effect, I have gained approx 50 LBS. I would reccomend wearing cloths you can tuck in to show a slim waist line, and the wider upper torso. Or tank tops if you are out walking around chillin. It depends on your personal style as to what you should do. I would reccomend what NE said, go to a clothing store and ask some of the women that work there what they think will work for you. Might even help be a good opener.

well now I am 6'1 at 250lbs. I am confident in myself, but everything stems from self confidence, and comfort in your own skin...

Yeup, working out is a great confidence booster because its all about self-improvement

by the way, nice stats wingman. Im hoping to be around 210 @ 5'9 after this bulk phase then cut down to around 190 @ 8-10bf then repeat the bulk/cut process

Switch to fitted shirts if you don't wear them already. Roll up your sleeves if you have nice (lean) arms. Women probably notice already anyways, 50 lbs is no joke
