| Say, I am completely broke, I'm still in highschool but due to family problems (boo hoo, I have no father and my mother lives with my asshole stepdad, boo hoo) I live basically by my own.
My mother still brings me food sometimes, but she doesn't really care much and a lot of times I have to dine cornflakes, or something.
I'm going to convince her to leave the shopping to me, to give me money weekly for me to buy my groceries. I'll start to training at home (I'll buy a set of dumbbells, I know the basics of weight gain - been in gym before, I can improvise exercises with scarce equipment).
Can someone help me to construct a weight gain diet? CHEAP, I don't care if I have to eat awful things, or the same thing a lot of times, but it must really be cheap.
Also, I don't know how to cook, but I'm a fast learner and... Well, I should have learned a long time ago, living alone and all.
I'm really small, about 5.6 and 120 lbs. Weird as it seems, girls actually like my body. I wouldn't say I'm ripped, but I have much more muscle than my frame shows, I guess it's because I don't have much fat on my body.
They only notice it when I'm not wearing a shirt, of course. _________________ A bullet shaped hole where the answers should be.
