well she responded month later with "hey sweety !!fine everythings going great how bout you!!" and she sent me an add request cause my profile is private. Not sure what to say I really liked her at time then she went back to her ex. And completely stopped talking with me.

do you have one-itis? Unless you can pickup any girl you want and are living the lifestyle you want, I wouldn't bother with ex's. Reason being it's probably going to come off as needy. You need to develop an abundance mentality, there are tons of girls out there.

If you think she's worth a try, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't. You're the only one who can answer that question. (And the "one-itis" argument is clearly ridiculous.)

But definitely start off as friends -- that way you can re-initiate attraction, almost like you would any other girl. Neg her, demonstrate higher value, etc. etc. The only trouble is that you'll have to make it very clear to her that you have completely changed.

Either that or you can try using Speed Seduction. I find that this is the best approach to use when you already know someone, because it doesn't require you to win them over right away. In other words, you don't have to start with attraction. You can start with friendship and slowly win her over via language patterns. (But only try this if you're comfortable with NLP.)

Oh and one more thing: whatever you do, do not bring up your past relationship or the break-up!

If she was pursuing you then I'd say ok, but you shouldn't be pursuing her. She's an ex for a reason. There are millions of girls in the world, move on.
