after seeing that video of robbie williams on a us Chatshow i thought this video would show how not to serge a woman the women is fearne cotton a well known (and good looking tv presenter) in the uk this was during live 8 concert in london and this was on live tv. fearne later said she didn`t take him up on his offer

Isn't it obvious?, if she accepts live on air then she is going to look like a big slut in front of millions of people. Williams has a reputation for being a womanizer and came on too strong for a woman who definitely doesn't like being seen as a soft touch.
As a good-looking rich celebrity, even by Fearne Cotton's standards, he already has attraction going for him so his cocky/funny stuff is wasted on her, he needed to work on comfort. You must have encountered situations where C/F backfires like this even though it is a good approach in general.

William's game is actually pretty good though IMHO, his cheeky chirpy chappy act is actually a pretty good default persona, since he comes across as fun and sexual without being threatening. You'd get pretty good results with it relative to AFC shit.

He was doing an excellent job as a pua. He knew what he could and couldn't do.
