If you are under 30 and not gaming in Vegas, id say stay away from them.

Do low-key peacocking, be well groomed, stylish and a step above the rest. Make an effort, and it will show, have well chosen accessories and make an overall well rounded image for yourself, without going too extreme, but not looking like everyone else either.

Mystery can pull off some crazy shit, but he can do it because his game is so good. If you are not a real 100% master at it yet, id say stay away from extreme peacocking.

peacoking , is a good point , if you are sociable , and if there are a lot of people around you , it can have the contrary effect , if you are alone , and stand here , doing nothing and speaking to nobody , you will look like a social reject.

But I disagree with the , you're not in vegas , you're not mystery , so , keep peacocking low. I think you can peacock as long as you are congruant with it . If it's you , and if you're cool with that.

All guys are telling you to be natural , to be cool , but don't peacock a lot , but what is the fuck with that . I mean , you can be natural, you can be you with peacocking. That's not at the opposite of what you're thinking . Stop rejecting all things you think that is not natural , because it can be for some guys. I feel cool with my way of game , with my way of peacocking, and I see male around me saying " oohh, he's too much, he's not a natural, he can have more success than me , but that's all because of peacock , and if he fails that's because of peacock"

Being a natural , is not being like everyother guys, being like every other pua that dress well , but do not use peacock , being a natural , is more than just that.

Stop telling guys who just enter the game , that canned material is not good , because we all started with that. For most of us, and most guys , you can't be a natural , just like that , it takes experience , sometimes , it's quick , but , you know, that's not because you're "there" in the game , that , everyguys should not follow the step you followed, and go directly where you are , we , all have to help new guys pass these steps quicklier.

I mean , I consider myself , as a natural, but I want you to understand my point.

Yeah, good point, but 99% of new guys trying to peacock don't know how to calibrate their peacocking, clothes wear them, and, as you said, they become the creepy looking guy in the corner.

Peacocking CAN work IF you can pull it off, and not many people can. If the peacocking really represents the real and genuine you, then, by all means, please do it, just dont force it on yourself as something you "have to do".

Id have to agree, when peacocking you have to be careful.

The use of flamboyant or over the top accessories can really make you stand out among your ALREADY SOCIAL GROUP of friends. In addition the things you use have not only stand out but be stylish to a degree aswell.

Those scrolling belts you are talking about where popular for about 7 months a few years ago. There were only popular in the 15-17 age range. Either way there out of style now, you will look ridiculous. Try and get yourself something that makes you stand out but not try hard.

I have pm'd you the link because the forums think im spamming
or like this
i HAVE PM'D you the link because the forum thinks im spamming

even if its not your style completely you get what I am saying right?

good luck

I followed Mystery's PUA Season 2 advice. "If you can't do it in T-shirt and jeans, you can't do it". That said, Calvin Klein makes some pretty kick ass garment dyed t-shirts that are bright and kind of peacockish.

During my summer holidays in Greece, I m wearing a cool summer bulrush hat. It goes really well with my sunglasses and after some compliments from women I know or I meet, I feel really confident wearing it and it works REALLY good.

Last night at a huge beach party it really did magic, got loads of looks, girls taking my hat off to try it on, complimenting me for it etc. It was the night were I understood how peacocking can do wonders if used properly!

Remember it is something that stands out but at the same time it goes with the setting (and the season!) and I feel comfortable with it.

Good luck ;)

PS. hat looks something like that http://img.alibaba.com/photo/231644221/ ... sories.jpg but mine is way nicer :D

As someone who peacocks harder than almost anyone whose name isn't Mystery, here are my thoughts:

-In general you want to use more extreme peacocking as a tool to teach you resistance to social pressure. It's MUCH more effective to pickup development in that context than anything else.

-Don't be afraid to take risks with peacocking. So you might look stupid for a few nights. Big deal. If that makes you better at game in the long run, who cares?

-Don't be afraid of being incongruent at times. Any time you try something new you'll be incongruent at first. Part of the process of attaining congruence is trying new things and going through that naturalization process. If you're afraid that peacocking will make you look silly, then don't bother even opening because there's always a chance that you'll screw THAT up as well.

-A lot of people say that peacocking must match your identity wherein your identity is your passion or calling. I disagree. It's more important to match your PERSONA than your identity. Your persona is your personality and overall demeanor. So an accountant who's dominant, loud, and confident and happens to dress crazy isn't a big deal. However, a rock star who dresses the same and who's quiet, submissive, and shy is going to be MUCH more incongruent.

-Focus your efforts more on overall fashion than on peacocking. Read blogs like kinowear and follow GQ religiously. Make a lookbook. Make fashion part of your life -- something that you read up on and follow as opposed to a topic you occasionally peruse in order to get better results from women.
