I was walking the other day and I happen to always make eye contact with women either on the street walking passed them or on the train. I was curious to see everyones opinion on keeping that eye contact, Lookin them in the eyes, looking them up and down, looking at their lips? What would be most attractive the woman?

maintaining eye contact could be a DHV, most ppl politely look away if caught looking at a person, maintaining that eye contact makes you stand out and sub-communicates that you're unafraid to look at beautiful women. Be sure to immediately approach direct or else you'll come off as just a creeper who is looking at women.

If a girl looks at you for a longer period of time then normal you should go and approach. Chances are that she wants to talk to you:)

By creepy I ment if you maintain eye contact for long periods of time then it might look creepy.

maintaining eye contact is a great thing to do. it conveys pride, power...and many alpha male qualitties; if your not quite sure if you should approach, try making a face or doing something that will result in either a smile or a luagh-- but if dont get a good reaaction...then opening her probly would have been difficult anyways...

Scenario: You make eye contact and smile while holding a relaxed gaze. Possibly even wink at her.

IF: She makes eye contact and either holds it or looks down and then looks back at you...

-> She's down. Approach her direct.

IF: She avoids eye contact altogether

-> She's saying "im not really interested based on how i stereotype you"

** Note: That doesn't necessarily mean not to approach her. It just means you might have to run a bit tighter game. e.g. you cant make as many mistakes.
