so im a 19 year old male been with 2 girls in the past 4 years not even dating just two one night stands no idea how i did it but it happened but what im here for is that i have zero balls to be honest im to chicken to walk up tot he girl i can make the eye contact and i notice girls making eye contact but i have no idea what to do after that ive not got much confidence i know i lack that and thats mainly from my childhood ive always been the"fat kid" and everyone know how that ends up but now im fairly fit i got extra wieght to me i have been captain of the football team for 3 years and i still cant manage to pull some balls out and confront a female ive tried but somehow always end up in the friend zone and it sucks royaly not quite sure what i should do whenever we go out to the clubs dt i lose crazy confidence in myself mainly because i dont think i look goodenough or because the guys i hang out with are getting laid basically everynight we go out and talking to more then 5 chicks a night and im just sitting there nervous as shit and look like a retard standing there maybe someone can help me hopefully and give me some advice to what i should do?

first you are not on your own. But listen, everybody experiences approach anxiety when they think that it really matters the outcome of the deal.

No one was born being totally expert at this. You learned English as a language and got good at speaking it because every day you practised and listened to other people( your parents or peers who already knew how and used it well) using the language. You didn't pick English up in a couple of days and you shouldn't expect to pick up good social skills in a couple of days either. unfortunately you must prepare yourself to get rejected that is the worst part but look at how your cool friends handle it. It probably doesn't mean much to them, because they know and feel, regardless of how badly they get shut down, that they are still going to continue being the shit.

None of the above counts if you aren't willing to take the step and approach a babe. Do what I do, ask a babe if she isn't that girl who works in the airport or wherever takes your fancy and then you can choose to take it further or leave it.
and go easy on yourself. I get the impression that you are being really hard on yourself. There are loads of great girls everywhere. To paraphrase what i have heard on here, "give the girls a chance to get to know you"

i always saw my friends getting girls and stuff when going nights out.... but remember those are probably bar sluts, you won't find your wife at a bar.
there is one difference between getting laid and getting a girlfriend, girls in bars etc are not high quality girls.

just game during the day, high quality game is found during daytime AND its alot easier during daytime because you can go out on your own, at night time this isnt accepted. however if you game during day you must have a much better sophisticated game there isnt any booz an friends involved.

you have to build confidence , go approach girls during daytime. once i applied the mystery method i got alot of girls on school
