It usually isn't hard to get a day-two if she responds to your text-messages. Find an activity that both of you would like or invite her with you to take a coffee etc.

You could use a line like this:

- I'm heading to do ___ on ____, you should totally join me!

Btw, I also recommend calling her instead of texting her, it helps build comfort and attraction.
