Meet up for day 2, go though the first few things normaly (hey what's up, blabla) then in the first 1-2 min say something like alright we need to get something out of the way then move in and kiss her (light kiss most likely). After that say something like "Ok, now we can be ourselves and have a good time."
I think it sets a strong intimacy frame while being playfull and balsy. I can see a risk of her moving away so I would do it after we start walking somewhere (side by side then stop and turn her around) as she would most likely be closer to me and less likely to move away then a 'full frontal assault" off the bat. Or I could transition diractly after a cheek-to-cheek greeting kiss (I always greet girls like this on a non professional setting). Cheek-to-cheek, look in her eyes for 1-2 sec, 'Let's get something out of the way', kiss, "ok, now..."
What's your opinion on this? Has anybody tried something similar? Would it work? Can you believe it's not butter?

Just remember to hold your body language and have complete confidence when you're doing it, or it will come off awkward and weird.
I've been in a situation where on a day two I've asked a girl "give me a kiss", and she made no hesitation in closing in..
Another great example would be where after I've established a playful mood with this waiter at a wedding party once, at the end of the night I turned my head and pointed to my cheek and said: "kiss me." She responded: "no!", and leaned back to clean the table more. I then said: "Have you ever kissed an Asian guy before?" And she kissed me!
So maybe you could try that! Ask HER for a kiss and see where that leads you.. Btw, I was pretty tipsy/borderline drunk, but it goes to show that you need strong body language and rock-solid confidence.

It gives her tons of kino right off the bat.
This is different from kissing on the lips.

I normally give girls a kiss on the cheek when I greet them, then while still having an arm around them I look them straight in the eye with a little smile. You can immediately see whether the kiss is there or not.
The simple fact of the matter is that she most likely wouldn't have agreed to the day 2 if there wasn't some interest from her side.
