I've been analyzing the openers structure and differente types and somehow that specific description enabled me to create a couple with an ease I've never had before... so that's one tip when creating openers and routines in general: select the type, components, goals and interactions involved in the routine itself.

Now to the opener:

PUA: Hey I wanna ask u guys something.. (verbal FTC) My nephew will be born in a couple of months and truth be told my cousins couldn't be more lost about the name. Wich names do you ppl like?

HB/set: blablabla (as I get feedback I run a nonverbal FTC)

U choose any of the names given, as long as a girl said it and it wasn't the target.

PUA: Hey that one's actually cool! Did you just thought of it or were you saving it for your son or something? haha (blabla) so tell me wouldn't you consider (your name)?

Now, be the answer:
-Yes: Thank you! you're actually the first person that says that, everyone's like "that's a very [whatever] name man.."
-No: Heeey why are you so mean you make me feel very bad haha.. What's your name for you to throw mine to the trash?

and u can pretty much do fairly any routine from there, after asking the already famous "so how do u guys know each other?"

plz rate and critique as long as its constructive..

much love,
-Teague

That's an awesome opener but dont you find it a bit weird that it might come off a bit needy "which names do you like" and who names their nephews based on the opinions of people.

I think with a bit of tweaking that opener is gold dust

seems solid, the topic is a little dull though. Sounds more like water cooler talk that sarging ...but girls love babies and stuff so they will def hold the convo longer than the standard ex g/f opener and stuff

good luck

"They are thinking about naming the kid Gandalf.. if its a guy.
what do you think? Even the kids at hogwarts would laugh at that name..."

I've use a similar opener before and it works great but what you can do is already have a list of names and have them pick out what they like, which includes your name. I adapted this for like names for pets, Future son/daughters. Works great
