Ok, so when you get a girl's voicemailbox, simply say-

"Omigosh! You won't believe what just happened! Freakin' incredible... Call me back!"

Guaranteed call back. When she calls back, game on.

What do you follow up with when they call back?

A fabricated story or just Oh, i just wanted you to call back...

anyone tried not calling back after saying "ill call you again sometime"? how did that work out...

Well, if she reacts to your message and calls you back then you have the upper hand.
Most of the time I just say "I just needed to tell you that you have really pretty eyes or etc..." and then you just convey whatever it is that you were going to tell her when you called her in the first place.

I wouldn't recommend doing something like "pretty eyes". Girls will find that weird.

Well, im pretty sure w/e fabrication i say, short of a scene from an ACTION movie, will surely seem like i left that voicemail to call her back.

Fuzz, you are right. I have used it, it works. Apollo is right in some aspects, if you don't have the correct demeanor when you say it, that statement could appear weird. When I say something of that sort, I just come off slightly cocky/funny, pretty much the same attitude that I had when I left the voicemail about an urgent message.
If she questions your method, just tell her "Hey, it got you to call me back didn't it."

Like I stated, I am not saying this won't work on some girls, but it won't work on all girls. Think of it from her perspective.

If some girl, let us say an HB8 calls you and says "I just wanted to tell you that you have pretty eyes". This comes off as kind of creepy. Girls love compliments, just in the right situations. I am not quite sure how to thoroughly explain this, but it might come off as a DLV to some girls (probably with HB10s).

Despite this whole discussion, though, you still have the girl on the phone after this and have the chance to game and DHV and meet up again.

To be honest, i dont even FEEL like leaving a voicemail. I know shes got my name down in her phone and what not, she made me give it to her. So if she doesnt want to pick up, nor call me back. Her loss.

I am Fuzz, what PUA Methods have you been reading Mystery, Juggler?
Many of your questions can be answered if you did
I recommend reading those books i'm almost done ready Juggler Method(highly recommended).
From what i can see you've put a lot of emphasis oh this girl
and a lot of the tactics you used such as asking the interview type questions: where do you live, major, where you are from

Those are boring normal safe guy questions you didn't trigger any kind of sexual emotions.
And the pretty eyes comment is pretty AFCish Don't use it use what Apollo said

What are NON-AFCish Questions. Those were the questions i was asking on my 1st encounter with her.

I dont even remember what i was asking on my 2nd encounter. All i remember is that she was asking almost as many questions as i was.
