Most music out there is very AFC-oriented.

Admittedly, I enjoy some of this music, e.g. the Goo Goo Dolls, Something Corporate, Snow Patrol, The Cure, etc, etc.

I suggest we list good music that gets us into the right frame of mind, if we ever need a jolt out of an AFC mood.

Hip hop usually does this for me. Most of Eminem's songs are good.

I listen to 'AFC music' all the time and it doesn't change me at all.

but since you're asking for it:

Read about this PUA legend. He was PUA before you were born. He used total direct game. From the pics I have seen of many of you, Herve' was only slightly better looking than what you have to work with.

Guys, try anchoring (an NLP term- look it up) a mental image, an associated body movement like clicking your fingers and your favourite song so a mental state of being "in the zone". This is a very useful and powerful technique to get you in the right mood at will, any time you want. You can probably learn this technique online but I got it from the book "Introducing NLP" by Joseph O'Connor & John Seymour. I've found this book a very useful resource in improving myself overall.

My tracks are:

Serial Thrilla - The Prodigy - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5dQmAUGayg
The Middle - Jimmy Eat World - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZ7ZvxXvn90
The First of Me - Hoobastank - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akdT1J6s ... L&index=36

For those that are interested, that last song I mentioned, is very motivational for me. The lyrics from both that song and nearly every song from that album (Every Man For Himself) can be related to improving your game, being more successful in LIFE and highlighting that you, in fact, are unique.

DMX - Party up in here -> For the party feeling (High, confident, happy)
Hollywood Undead - Bitches -> Become cocky/confident, feeling yourself attractive, gets you to mood "I will fuck these chicks"

This is an interesting post for me, because I don't put genres of music into an AFC category or anything like that.

Try this frame of thinking.

If you're about to go out and talk up the ladies, listen to the music that you enjoy. Listen to the music that makes you feel good. Any kind that you like. Listen to the melodic beats and meaningful lyrics and take it all in. Close your eyes n turn up the volume. Immerse yourself in this music and let positive vibes take root.

Listen to whatever music gets you into a positive state of mind, whatever music you enjoy. Be positive.

btw, I listen to all kinds of trance, rock, whatever. It doesn't really matter what type of music, only matters how that music makes you feel.

I cannot agree more. Like I menioned before, NLP techniques such as anchoring can make this effect MUCH more powerful.

This is exactly right, anything that makes you feel good and get in that party mood is a must. For me, I like a bit of skrillex or dj hype or something that gets me so hyped, I listen to so many genres its unreal, but as has already been said, anything that makes you feel good is a must!
