Fluff talk is considered talk that could be anything from "small talk" or talking about random various unimportant subjects like the weather. Or in most cases guys in the community consider fluff talk the inbetween conversation that don't directly relate to gaming a person.

If I were talking to a girl and after a bit of using DHV stories or Routines let's say I start building comfort with her. I'm not doing anything to game her I'm just getting to know her at this point. My conversation with her about family, friends, where I'm from, her favorite color, and stuff like that would be considered to be fluff talk. It's the inbetween...we're not gaming her with that stuff it's fluff for her to get to know us.
