The only time a target should or would react bad to kino is if the PUA initiates Kino at the wrong time(too late) or mis-calibrate it-simple! I forgot which PUA had an article on the Kino ladder escalation but he stated that some guys(I also before) would get scared off by the target giving them a funny look during kino as if they were reacting bad to it when she's not. Remember that the target still doesnt want to be perceived as a whore so she'd react a bit strange to kino but it doesnt mean to stop kinoing unless she literally says STOP!!!
