first off, we're not shag biddies, but we always get with each other at parties and some other social events, plus i've noticed a lot of her body language when I'm around her is quite sexual, flirty and relaxed.

sounds good right?

well i've now taken a liking to this girl and want advice on how to take things further either physically or (preferably) in a relationship.

Depends what type of girl she is.

Start to do more normal stuff together, tell her your guna go catch a film and that she should come along.
Take her out with more of your friends.
Shag her less, do more formal stuff.
In a couple weeks shell be your GF.
And then you can shag her.

Yeah just treat her like a gf. In fact I this it's the same concept as kino - you have to make the first move, but watch her reaction - if it's neutral, that's bad, so back off, and act like it never happened.
