i basically dont have a link to anything
but in a nutshell the acronym stands for Demonstrating Higher Value.
it pretty much means AT ALL TIMES you need to be showing that you are someone that everyone wants to be with.
its kind of like when a rockstar walks into a room. everyones eyes are on him. of course if u are like a regular guy then AT FIRST not too many people will be looking at you (unless u peacock madly). but once you enter just start talking to people. work the room. when a group of girls see you talking to another group of people and sees that those people are loving talking to you and having a great time around you, and then 10 minutes later they see you entertaining another group of people and those people are having a great time. that is Higher Value. so keep being this guy who everyone loves for the entire night and the more on through the night, the more value you have.

also. there are DHV stories. when you are speaking with a girl they are interesting stories about yourself that show value in your life, and gives her interest in you.
