Great forum!

Well one question, sometimes when I am out at clubs and parties and chatting to a girl they say " Wow, you have beautifull eyes" and compliment my eyes.

What would you recommed to comeback with? As at the moment I am just AFC and go, "haha, thanks a lot"

I am new to pickup but this might be an apt reply to the IOI you get "Woooooo not so fast baby...." with a

personally i get this as well, i have different coloured eyes, 1 blue 1 brown and there quite noticable, if i get a compliment like that i usually smile and say thank you, then initiate conversation which always works, she will still be interested by your eyes so keep strong eye contact etc.......
however wannabe's comment seems quite useful with a small bit of kino escalation and definately the wink, i think ill try it out...

Yeh, i normally just start a convo with the girl.

But want somthing a bit "cocky" to say to a HB8+

Have already read that and it did help, but not specifically to my issue so I though I would make a new post.

I got compliments pretty often and my reply is always "thank you" nothing enthusiastic, no returning compliments let them DLV themselves. Depending on how you're feeling you can reverse it and say something like "that's the worst pick up line I've heard all day in a joking manner", then introduce yourself and start the DHV and kino and you're in. If she said that she's conveyed interest. It's up to you to keep it going.

I always drop the line " Compliments wont get you anywhere" with a cheeky grin on my face which gets them laughing!!

I do one of two things.

If they say 'I like your smile'
I say 'No, you don't.....You're attracted to me'
Thanks Mystery.

or

If they say 'Your shoes are nice'
I simply say 'Thanks'
Nothing more or less. Just politely acknowledge it without making a scene about it,

Although you can use a false disqualifier with this gem:
I just met you and you're already starting with the compliments. Look, I'm not going home with you. I'm not that easy.

There's some good answers here.

It depends on where you are in your interaction when she compliments you.
If it happens in the first 10 mins or so then I'd definitely accuse her of hitting on me, but later on I'd just smile.

The reasoning for it is because in the first 10 minutes or so you're still building attraction, so teasing her will show that you're not like any other guy and it'll spike her buying temperature.
If the compliment comes later on then there's no real need for you to tease her about it because she's already attracted to you, so by just smiling and continuing your conversation you show that you're used to being complimented and that you're confident etc, which not only builds attraction but also builds comfort
Having said that, there's also nothing wrong with accusing her of hitting on you at this point, I just prefer to just smile.

what about just "thank you" with a real smile?

i work as a bartender and flirt indescriminently with most of the girls that come to the bar (i have actully been given a formal warning now for kissing girls over the bar). Sometimes a girl will say "your hot" or something of the like, and uually i just say "i know" with a smile and a wink. i know its a pretty cocky thing to say (id like to point out im not actually that cocky), but the girls seem to love it, and you know what they say, if it works, don't fuck it up!!
