I agree with what foxratpig said about whites being adored in the Philippines, though not totally. It's been a significant issue here for a couple decades since occupation by the Americans. Low self- esteem, low self-confidence, and inferiority plague social relationships towards whites by the locals. So basically, whites are automatically ALPHAs over almost any Filipino. Some feel dwarfed thinking whites are superior (or "any other foreigner" at some point) over browns. So those are probably a few reasons why you easily got laid. But usually, some avoid interacting with whites. It usually is because of communication problems. I still am surprised why she jumped in quick. I'm eager to hear you tell us what happened afterwards. Or describe the events that led you there (from the pickup part)to when she left your hotel room in even greater detail.

Bars and restaurants offer a different scene. Explore Greenbelt in Makati or The Embassy in Fort Bonifacio in Taguig or Eastwood in Quezon City. I assure you things are way different. It's very likely things wont go too well for most foreigners because people have a tendency to maintain strong social circles which are usually xenophobic (fear of foreigners or strangers).

Even sadder is the part that some Filipinas desperately try anything just to get themselves out of misery. Some will take any opportunity of a way out. Some will take chances on any sign of hope.

Yeah dude, Filipinas almost worship white dudes that come here, a little tap and they'll be sleepin with you, but don't get me wrong, many filipinas are still conservative, i'm even having a hard time pulling off tricks because the SPAM here is different.
