Alright let's get down to it. My ex-gf from about two years ago (back in my AFC days) has now suddenly popped back into my life. She calls my cell about 20 times a day, gets on AIM and yells about me not calling her or picking up the phone, and sends constant myspace messages. Originally I was like, "cool, I can make peace with my ex" but she seems to have taken it another way. She keeps asking to hang out and if we could hook up. I have no real interest in her anymore as dating material but she thinks the opposite of me. Really, I could care less, but the constant phone calls and messages are killing me. I don't have time to chit chat with her when I have other things to do like football, hanging out, or sarging. So how do I let her off easy?

Just tell her you guys broke up for a reason and your not interested in giving it another try but you'd be happy to remain friends, so long as she understands that, and doesn't call you 500 times a day.

If she's got a problem with that, thats her problem. You were civil and nice about it, you could have been alot worse. Don't let it bother you.
