Ive been put into uncomfortable situations with adults calling me cocky and telling me to change. I couldnt say anything back and was feeling inferior.
That hit me really hard and I started acting like a toolbag greeting everybody to avoid the pain of being called that again.
Second I get down on myself and beat myself over the head when somebody says I have no friends. I know I have a ton of friends but a year back from I had none. Something in my head for some reason says you dont but I know I do.
Any one been trhough anything similar and have any tips of overcoming these problems?

if someone called u a 45 year old woman as an insult, you'd probably laugh, wouldn't ya? -cause it doesn't match your beliefs on ANY level-
keep on plowing and u will soon laugh about everything they say BECAUSE U KNOW BETTER.
read wayne dyer, marianne williamson books. these guys r new age but dynamite _________________ Your only limits are ones you impose on yourself

That caught up to me something I like to call karma. And your 100% right about the self esteem part. I need to work on that belief system. Had really low self esteem as of last year. Now I know the backround behind my problem.
Thanks
